This website continuously monitors and tracks all visitors on this web domain. Data being tracked includes but is not limited to:
– User computer information such as device type, OS type & version, browser information, screen display size, etc.
– IP address, ISP, geo-location data and other contributing information associated with your IP
– Which webpages you visit and how long you remain on those webpages
– Which foreign links posted on the website that you interact with
– Where you came from if you accessed this website by clicking it’s link posted anywhere
This data can be seen in real-time and can only be accessed by administrators. The system will attribute all data to your account overtime if logged in. If visitors do not have accounts then it will keep it in another file.
The system is smart enough to identify registered users that are not logged in based on a specified amount of combined data. That information is automatically processed and attributed to your account.
The system can also identify and mark visitors as either organic, bots or something else. If the system identifies bots, it will verify with the bot what it’s purpose is and why it’s on the website. The system will flag visitors if it deems whatever it is the visitor is doing as suspicious.
If a visitor is flagged as suspicious, it will await an administrators decision unless the action it identifies the user is taking is severe, in which case the system will automatically act on it’s own to handle the situation. Administrators have a plethora of tools at their disposal to handle all situations and can override the system if necessary.
All information the system logs are held onto indefinitely. This information is deemed as necessary for the website and it’s visitor’s security and will not be deleted if requested.
